Order/Returns
Order Cancellation / Modification Requests
We are unable to accommodate any modifications or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Due to this, we recommend closely reviewing order details prior to finalizing your transaction.
If you require assistance, you are welcome to contact our Client Experience Team by emailing help@dvf.com or calling +1-929-362-5773. We will do our best to assist with your request, but please note that our actions are limited as our fulfillment centers move quickly to ship orders.
Order Status
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed on the website to verify your transaction was approved and finalized. In addition, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please note that all orders will be reviewed by our fraud management team. If the order is flagged as fraud for any reason, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results shortly after.
For reference, your order must be placed prior to 12 PM EST to be shipped out on the same day. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey, USA.
Available shipping methods are displayed in checkout based on the shipping address entered. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, so please allow additional transit time for potential delays.

Return Policy
DVF.com offers FREE returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items may be returned to DVF.com within (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment – unless the item was marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you received a free gift with purchase, please keep it - even if you are making a return for the other item(s).
Any shipping related costs will not be refunded upon receipt of your return as the service is provided to you upon fulfillment from our warehouse and completed once the product is promptly delivered to your shipping address.
Please note that all returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original unworn condition with all tags attached for the refund to be processed. Our fulfillment center will perform a thorough quality check prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit and will be returned to the sender.
In order to initiate a return within the US, please visit the US Return Portal. You will be prompted to enter your order number, as well as the billing or shipping zip code associated with your order. Once you access the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment(s) back.
To return product shipped outside of the US, please visit the World Return Portal. You will need to enter your order number and email address to access the portal. Please note that any EU/UK orders placed prior to February 1st require a separate return portal. Please contact our Client Experience Team for help with sending these orders back to us.
Disclaimer: If you use your own shipping label to return your order, we will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs in transit. Any return sent with a label that was not generated through our return portal is sent at your own risk. DVF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless we have the ability to follow up directly with our courier to launch an investigation and submit a claim. We will not offer credit or refunds for returned packages / items that are reported as missing or damaged in the event that the complimentary return label that we offer is not used.

Return Status
We will refund the cost of your returned merchandise within (10 - 15) business days of receipt to our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm. For reference, we automatically refund to your original form of payment – unless otherwise specified.
Once the return has been processed, please note that your credit card company may take up to (7) additional business days to reflect the refund to your account.
Price Adjustments
General
Price adjustments cannot be accommodated for orders that already have another promo code applied. We are unable to make any exceptions. Also, we cannot replace an existing promo code with a separate offer.
If you are looking to exchange an item purchased with a discount, please contact our Client Experience Team. As long as you would like to order the same exact product in another size, we will be able to help you order at the same price point.
Alterations
If you require alterations, we offer a 5% refund on the product to help cover the cost. We just need to receive a receipt from your tailor in order to make the price adjustment.
Price adjust a previous DVF.com order | Promotions
Unfortunately, temporary promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases. If an order is still eligible for return, you can send it back and purchase a new garment at the discounted price being offered.
Price adjust a previous DVF.com order | Markdowns
We can price adjust items that have been permanently marked down on our website within (1) week of the order date as long as the item is still available in the same size and color.
Price adjust a previous DVF.com order | Sample Sale
Sample Sale pricing cannot be applied to previous online orders.
Price match other retailers
We are happy to price match a third party vendor’s markdowns of up to 50% off the original retail price. Please note that the item(s) must be available in the same size and color in both locations to be eligible. Price Matches will only be granted within (7) days of the original purchase. We do not match temporary promotions occurring on partner websites.

All garments are listed in US sizing.
Most of our pieces run true to size. Please note that we update the description on the product page based on the feedback we receive from our clients, so we’ll always do our best to suggest sizing up or down when necessary. In addition, feel free to look through the reviews left by other shoppers for relevant details.

If you are unable to locate the desired item online, please email us at help@dvf.com or call+1-929-362-5773. If possible, provide the item name / style number, the colorway and the size that you’re interested in.
If you do not have these details readily available for us, please prepare the best description possible to help us pinpoint which garment you’re seeking. Relevant information might include the style, length, color / print, type of sleeve / collar featured, as well as when / where you came across the piece. If you have a picture or a link, please include it in your email.
