UNITED STATES

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

We offer FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Overnight delivery services. Please call 1-888-472-2383 for additional information on shipping. Please note, orders must be confirmed before 1 PM ET for same-day shipping for Two Day and Next Day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM ET will be shipped the following business day. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Return Policy


DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days

Items may be returned to DVF.com and Store locations within 30 days for full refund or store credit, depending on original form of payment unless marked as final sale. All in store cash purchases will be refunded as store credit.

Please note that the option to exchange is only available in stores and is excluded from online purchases. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Product in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and the original sales receipt must be presented in order for the refund, exchange in store or store credit to be processed. Products that have been worn, altered or that are missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Store Only:
Gift cards and store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Full-price stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from Outlet locations.

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest FedEx location.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.


United Kingdom

World site

To request a return, please contact Client Services Monday through Saturday 9AM EST to 5PM EST at ClientServices@dvf.com or call 1.888.472.2383. Once your request is received, a member of Client Services will reach out to you the following business day to provide further instructions, including the shipping label and necessary documentation to process the return.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the US Distribution Center.
Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing dependent on your banking institution.

If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy

Full-price products, purchased between November 19th, 2019 – December 24th may be returned to a DVF store location through January 31, 2019. Any purchases after December 24, 2019 will be subject to our standard return period of 30 days from date of purchase, for full refund or store credit to the original form of payment, unless marked as Final Sale. Cash refunds will not be granted. All cash purchases will be refunded as store credit. Product in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and the original sales receipt must be presented in order for the refund, exchange or store credit to be processed. Swimwear must have the original tags and sanitary sticker intact. Products that have been worn, altered or that are missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.


Gift cards and store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Full-price stores can not accept returns or exchanges from Outlet locations. We are glad to price match other retailers’ hard markdowns of up to 50% off original retail price. Please note, the items must be the same color and size to be eligible. Price Adjustments will be granted within 7 days of the original purchase and do not apply to promotions.

Return to DVF Retail Shop

Items purchased on DVF.com may be returned to any full price U.S. DVF boutique for Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of purchase date. Items purchased on DVF.com may not be returned at U.S. DVF Outlets. In Store full price returns will only be accepted and processed upon presentation of an original receipt from DVF.com. Store Associates will send the returned merchandise back to our warehouse free of charge. You will receive your refund once we receive the merchandise back to our warehouse and process the return. Returns sent from the full price stores may take up to 10 business days to process.

Gift cards and store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Full-price stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from Outlet locations.

Return Status

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
