Items may be returned to DVF.com within (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your original form of payment. Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Please note that all returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached. Products that have been clearly worn, altered or are missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Returns are often processed quickly, but may take (10-15) business days from the time the package is delivered. Please note this is subject to change based on volume during promotional periods, tech issues, etc. Once processed, refunds can take up to (7) business days to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.

How to Receive Your Complimentary Return Label:

• For the United States:

To start your return within the United States, please visit our US Return Portal. Just enter your order number and the zip code associated with your order. Once you've accessed the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment(s) back. Please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can best understand the reason the garment did not work for you.

• All Other Countries:
  
  To start your return for orders shipped outside of the US, please visit our World Return Portal. Just enter your order number and the email address associated with your order. From there, the instructions are the same as listed above. If you are located in the EU or UK and placed your order prior to February 1st, please contact our Client Experience Team.
