Order Status

Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day.

If you are unable to locate the desired item and have the item name and color, please contact us at or 1-929-362-5773 so that we may locate the item for you.

Return Status

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Cancel/Change Your Order

Please note, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been confirmed. You will receive an email at that time.

Return Policy offers FREE returns within 30 days

Items may be returned to and Store locations within 30 days for full refund or store credit, depending on original form of payment unless marked as final sale. All in store cash purchases will be refunded as store credit.

Items purchased as part of a Sample Sale are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. is unable to price match retail store prices at this time.

Please note that the option to exchange is only available in stores and is excluded from online purchases. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. . Product in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and the original sales receipt must be presented in order for the refund, exchange in store or store credit to be processed. Products that have been worn, altered or that are missing tags will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Store Only:
Gift cards and store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Full-price stores cannot accept returns or exchanges from Outlet locations.
As of June 11, 2020 all in-store, retail sales (excluding Meatpacking) are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please contact Client Services Monday through Saturday 9AM EST to 5PM EST at or call 1.888.472.2383. Once your request is received, a member of Client Services will reach out to you the following business day to provide further instructions, including the shipping label and necessary documentation to process the return.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at the US Distribution Center.
Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing dependent on your banking institution.

If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after you received your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Fit Advice

Please view our size guide for information about the fit of our products.

Most of our items run true to size. Our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items.

As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions:

P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DVF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We can price adjust items marked on sale within one week of the order date or if the shipment is not yet delivered.

Price match other retailers

We are glad to price match other retailers’ markdowns of up to 50% off original retail price. Please note that the items must be the same color and size to be eligible. Price Adjustments will be granted within 7 days of the original purchase and do not apply to promotions.
