Tell us more about your Journey of a Dress story!
Diane is an iconic woman and I’m very honoured to take part in this adventure. Having discovered the exhibition last January, I immersed myself in the history of the wrap dress. It’s amazing how such an essential and trendy piece of clothing can convey so much. I like the Girl Power side of the dress. And it comes in such a wide range of models that surely you will find YOUR perfect dress !
Tell us more about the making of the video!
We did this video very early in the morning. The sunrise light, the empty Place de la Concorde, it was chilly but not cold, it’s really enjoyable and this dress is perfect…I’m wrapped in it, in one of the most beautiful places in the world and I feel like Paris belongs to me !
How would you describe your personal style?
I have a very eclectic style, I’m passionate about the 80‘s. I love the craziness and the sartorial freedom of that period.
What does the wrap dress mean to you?
To me, it’s an everyday dress for stylish and elegant women. The wrap dress envelops the body of a woman and creates a nice silhouette. It’s a compromise between modesty and freedom.
What is your must-have item this season?
I’m obsessed with sunnies. My collection has gotten bigger these past few weeks. In summer and winter alike, it’s an accessory that changes completely your appearance!
Diane loves mantras. Do you have any words that you live by?
Never be ashamed of what you feel, be it about fashion, love, passion, friendship…I love people who aren’t ashamed of their feelings, it’s especially touching. Every mantra relating to freedom means the world to me…I’m very attached to this idea and it’s all what I’m looking for when it comes to fashion.
