Checking Order Status
When shopping on DVF.com, items added to your shopping cart will remain there until they are purchased, sold out or removed from your session . When you are ready to purchase, you can view your shopping bag and proceed to check out. When you register with us, your shipping and billing information is saved, which will make your checkout process faster next time. You can track your order status and order history in the My Account section.
Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day. We unfortunately will not have an update prior to that time. Sales Tax / VAT
DVF.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington state where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. For International orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, DVF.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
By purchasing goods from DVF.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against DVF.com arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Residents of the Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, and Spain will be subject to their country's respective VAT. All other countries will be required to pay Netherlands VAT.
Using Promotional Codes
If you have a promotion code for DVF.com, you must enter it in the Promo Code box at checkout once you are ready to make a purchase. Promotion codes can not be used to purchase Gift Cards or Virtual Gift Certificates. Only one promotion code can be used per order, codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and some exclusions apply.
Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together. At times, however, we will not be able to accommodate this circumstance and will have to ship separately.

DVF.com accepts the following Payment Methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, DVF gift cards, DVF virtual gift certificates. We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Please also note, we are not responsible for typographical errors entered at checkout.
Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Certificates
DVF GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time of purchase. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only at Diane von Furstenberg stores within the United States and online at dvf.com. Gift Cards presented for use at retail stores must be purchased in United States dollars and redeemed in United States Dollars. Gift Cards redeemed online must be used in the currency used to purchase the Gift Card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Card or its value cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card may not applied for purchase of merchandise which is subject to 'special offer' status at the time of purchase. Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms. To redeem online, enter the card number along with the four digit pin found on the back of the card at checkout.
VIRTUAL GIFT CERTIFICATE
To redeem your virtual gift certificate online, enter the certificate number along with your four digit pin at checkout. For security purposes, you will receive an email containing your certificate number and a secondary email with your pin number.
Gift Wrap/Gift Messaging/Gift Invoices
All orders are packed within giftable boxes. We are also glad to offer gift messaging and a gift invoice upon request. To request gift options, please provide us with your order number and specific request immediately after your order is placed so that we may make arrangements for you.
