Jennifer Lopez showed off her statement-making style at a recent American Idol photo call, slipping into the DVF Arabella Jumpsuit from Resort ’15. She played up the vintage-inspired glamour of the wide-legged, mixed-print style with soft waves, a smokey eye and a camera-ready red lip. It’s a confident look that’s perfect for the high-powered, multitasking woman!

For runway star Gigi Hadid, being transformed into a modern day goddess in a floor-length gown or a tropical islander in a crochet bikini is all in a day’s work. So what does she wear on her (equally photographed) time off? This week, Gigi was spotted out and about in New York City in the Libby zebra coat from our upcoming Pre-Fall collection and the chic, solution-driven DVF Secret Agent—the perfect choice for this gorgeous girl-on-the-go!

New York Fashion Week is always filled with surprises (the new trends! all the gossip!), but a few things happen like clockwork each season. First, the Sunday of fashion week we will be a bit preoccupied as we bring our collection to Spring Studios, get the models runway-ready, the audience seated, and the music queued. Second, while we’re quite busy (see above!) Hanuk will be our eyes, capturing all the best street style around town. Third, the day of our show will be the most colorful of the season, as all the It Girls dress in the latest DVF collections and flock to our show en (glamorous) masse. So we invite you to scroll through, and for a look inside the show, check out our recap of the action-packed day, not to mention the new collection!

Kristen Stewart made a particularly chic appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” wearing a sleek Resort 2016 romper with tuxedo-like details. Also spotted in this on-trend silhouette: Nina Dobrev, who styled some of our favorite Fall pieces to perfection, layering a colorful button up under a little black romper for the Style Watch x Revolve fashion party on the High Line.
The result: two looks that were both true to the stars’ own style, and so DVF!

The wait is over for the party of the year!
The theme of this year’s Met Gala and exhibition is “China: Through the Looking Glass” and we’re thrilled the show features a Qipao-inspired DVF wrap dress in the stunning China vine print.
The grand event also marks the debut of some spectacular custom DVF on the red carpet. For model Gigi Hadid’s first Met Gala appearance, Fall 2015 lace was spun into a butterfly bodice of silk overlayed with hand embroidered lace and appliqué flowers, all in good luck red. With a bias cut silk skirt, straps of individually beaded hand cut lace flowers and a back of sheer embellished lace, Gigi’s look truly steals the spotlight.
Kate Beckinsale’s look reimagines a hand pleated tie neck gown from our Fall collection in gold mesh jersey, with panels of hand embroidered gold lace on the hips and back in the same China vine featured in the show.
Kate Mara’s white crepe gown takes the mandarin collar and mixes it with a plunging twist neckline straight from the runway. Hand beading adds a touch of sparkle to her super chic look.
Last but not least, Diane selected a column of silk jersey in China vine, the colors accented with hand beading against the black and white print. As Diane loves to say, black and white and color is so DVF!

You can always count on Miranda Kerr for the best in effortless elegance, and lately she’s been taking her style to great lengths. This week, the model mom was spotted in her go-to wrap dress, a long chain link Abigail, and last week she wore a DVF Pre-Fall maxi while on the go at LAX. We’re ready to pair our favorite floor-length styles with a satchel and sunglasses for our next getaway. From spring weddings to summer travel, there’s a maxi dress for every moment!

Diane likes to say her designs are the friends in your closet. When you’re running late, but still need to feel your best, she’s there. So we’re not too surprised to spot stars in effortless jumpsuits, tried-and-true lace, and easy maxi dresses during the busiest, most exciting, most glamorous (and most photographed!) time of the year for Hollywood’s brightest.

During the most densely social week of the year in Hollywood, 60 women–including 20 of this year’s Oscar nominees–took a chunk out of their no doubt very busy day to celebrate each other in the idyllic surroundings of Diane’s Beverly Hills home. As Rita Ora ran up the garden stairs in a jumpsuit straight off Sunday’s runway she exclaimed, “This is my dream house!”
Oscar nominee Rosamund Pike arrived with baby Atom in tow only for fellow nominee Meryl Streep to swoop him up in her arms and fawn over him along with Diane. With fairy godmothers like that, who needs blood relatives?!
Ava DuVernay, the stunningly talented director of “Selma,” talked about her upcoming film and TV projects and let herself be inundated with praise for her glorious film as the guests scattered around the house and gardens. Oscar nominees Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern and producer Susan Downey sat with various members of the Academy while Dianne Warren and Malin Akerman decamped to the garden.
The camaraderie between the women, but particularly the nominees, was palpable and only grew when Diane took to the microphone, reminding everyone in the room that solidarity breeds strength, that gratitude and humility for one’s gifts is a daily practice. Her cohost, the twice decorated Oscar winner Hilary Swank, chimed in how honored she was to be in the presence of such an impressive group of women, followed by third cohost Anne Sweeney. Of course Diane could not resist singling out Meryl Streep for her extraordinary and unparalleled contribution to film, so Meryl responded by reminding all of us what an extraordinary contribution Diane has made to womankind by building up the Vital Voices network and its Women in the World Conference. “You put your money where your mouth is!” She went on to say how pleased she was to be in one room with so much female talent but that next year she wanted to see “the entire grounds covered in nominees!”
As dessert was being served I caught up with Rita Ora, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Carmen Ejogo, bathed in a celestial light–more beautiful than the three graces. Rita and Carmen dragged each other over to Meryl to take a picture as Rita confided that she had never been more nervous to do anything in her life!
As the guests dispersed, Rosamund and Atom stayed for a last moment in the sun under an enormous 200-year-old tree, a momentary respite before Sunday’s ceremony.
