Fit information is listed within each item's "About this item" section. As a generate rule, most of our items run true to size. Some customers prefer to size up for our fitted dresses since they are designed to be very form-fitting. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items. You may also view our Size Guide online. Customers should compare their measurements to the chart to determine which size would best fit. The size chart reflects the measurements of our fit models, rather than those of the garments. We unfortunately do not have measurements for individual items.

What is the cut-off time for overnight delivery?
Orders must be placed by 1 PM EST in order for the delivery to be sent the same day.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?
DVF.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. For International orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, DVF.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What does "pre-order" mean?
As a courtesy to our DVF customers, we offer merchandise for sale before it arrives in our warehouse. These items are marked as pre-orders and ship when the goods arrive at our shops. You can order these items to reserve your size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as they are available. Your credit card will be charged once the items ship from our warehouse. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product pages. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that we may experience delays. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-ordered items and you select express shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items.

DVF LUGGAGE WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Diane von Furstenberg Luggage warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. We will repair this product without charge or replace it with an equivalent product if a defect arises during the warranty period. We ask only that you return the defective item, postage prepaid and insured, together with your check for $12.95 to cover handling and return freight, and your proof of purchase to:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services. Implied warranty of merchantability of fitness are limited to the term of the warranty contained herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
