Damaged bags, belts, gloves, leather accessories, scarves

Due to the delicate nature of our materials, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.  However, we’re happy to review damages to bags, belts, gloves, leather accessories, and scarves which result from a manufacturing defect. 

If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship to your bag, belt, gloves, leather accessory, and scarf, please supply the below information to us at CSEShop@DVF.com so that we may review the damage. 

  • Item name and style # (On the inside seam of the item there should be a tag with the name of the item and a style # starting with a letter that is approximately 10 characters long)
  • Item color
  • Item size
  • Where was the item purchased? (if purchased at DVF.com, please provide the order number)
  • When was the item purchased?
  • Photos of the damage
  • A description of what happened and how it happened
  • Are you interested in having the item repaired, if possible?  Please note that the turnaround time is up to 6 weeks.

All other damaged items

Due to the delicate nature of our materials, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.  However, we’re happy to review manufacturing defects for items that are within 3 months of when they appeared in store.  For manufacturing defects to items beyond 3 months, please contact the shop you purchased the item at and they will be happy to assist you.  We are unfortunately unable to replace buttons.

Replacement belt


We will do our best to obtain a replacement belt for items that are within 3 months of when they appeared in store.  Please note that replacement belts are $15.00, and the timeline for a response is up to three weeks.  Please provide the below information to our Customer Service team at CSEShop@DVF.com or 888-472-2383.

  1. Item name and style # (On the inside seam of the item there should be a tag with the name of the item, and a style # beginning with a letter that is 10 characters long)
  2. Item color
  3. Item size
  4. To what name, address, and phone number should we ship the replacement to?
  5. Please supply the below credit card information for the $15.00 charge:
    (Your card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we can obtain a replacement.)

    • Name on credit card
    • Billing address, city, state, and postal code
    • Billing Phone Number
    • Email address
    • Phone number where we may reach you for your credit card information.
