Order Status

Please note that we reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day.

Once your order is confirmed, our Client Services team will be glad to provide order status information for you. Please contact us at clientservices@dvf.com or 888-472-2383.

Locate an item

Please use the search bar in the upper-right corner of the website to search by item name, style number, or color.

If you are unable to locate the desired item and have the item name and color, please contact us at clientservices@dvf.com or 888-472-2383 so that we may locate the item for you.

If you have a link or photo of the item, please email it to us at clientservices@dvf.com.

If you have an item description, please email us at clientservices@dvf.com with as much information as possible so that we may assist you further: Item style, color, print or solid, length, sleeve and collar type, when and where you saw the item.

Return Status

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise within 10 business days of receipt to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Cancel/Change Your Order

Please note, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been confirmed. You will receive an email at that time.

Return Policy

DVF.com offers FREE returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and a copy of your packing slip with reason for return within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Items with any tag removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

SWIMWEAR
To be eligible for return, swimwear must be unworn with tags and sanitary liner attached. Swimwear must be returned in the original packaging to be accepted.

FOOTWEAR
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, you will receive a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase.

Fit Advice

Please view our size guide for information about the fit of our products.

Most of our items run true to size. Our fitted dresses tend to be very form-fitting, so some customers opt to size up. Some customers opt to size down for our more oversized and generously cut items.

As a general rule, the waist/chest/hip measurements vary by approximately 1" between sizes. The length varies by approximately 1/4" between sizes. Below are letter/number size conversions:

P = 0 - 2
S = 4 - 6
M = 8 - 10
L = 12 -14

Temporary promotions unfortunately cannot be applied to previous purchases.

We can price adjust items marked on sale within one week of the order date or if the shipment is not yet delivered.

Price match other retailers

We are glad to price match other retailers’ markdowns of up to 50% off original retail price. Please note that the items must be the same color and size to be eligible. If an order has already been placed on DVF.com, we can price match within one week of the order date or if the shipment is not yet delivered.
