What is the cut-off time for overnight delivery?
UNITED STATES
Orders must be placed by 2PM EST in order for the delivery to be sent the same day.

EUROPE
Orders must be placed by 2PM GMT in order for the delivery to be sent the same day.
How do I retrieve my password?
Please Sign in. Enter your email address and click "Forgot Password?" An email will then be sent to you with a temporary password.
You can update and change your password at any time in the MY ACCOUNT section.
Why do I have to pay sales tax?
UNITED STATES
DVF.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York, New Jersey, California, Nevada, Texas, Massachusetts and Florida where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. For International orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, DVF.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

By purchasing goods from DVF.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against DVF.com arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Why do I have to pay VAT?
Residents of the Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, and Spain will be subject to their country's respective VAT. All other countries will be required to pay Netherlands VAT.

Can I add something to my order?
UNITED STATES
Please contact customer service at: cseshop@dvf.com or call 1-888-472-2383. If you wish to add merchandise to your order after it has been received, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together, however, shipping times may vary.

If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together. At times, however, we will not be able to accommodate this circumstance and will have to ship separately.
What does "pre-order" mean?
As a courtesy to our DVF customers, we offer merchandise for sale before it arrives in our warehouse. These items are marked as pre-orders and ship when the goods arrive at our shops. You can order these items to reserve your size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as they are available. Your credit card will be charged once the items ship from our warehouse. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product pages. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that we may experience delays. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-ordered items and you select express shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items.
Where does the Home Collection ship?
We currently ship the DVF Home Collection within the US only.

DVF LUGGAGE WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Diane von Furstenberg Luggage warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. We will repair this product without charge or replace it with an equivalent product if a defect arises during the warranty period. We ask only that you return the defective item, postage prepaid and insured, together with your check for $12.95 to cover handling and return freight, and your proof of purchase to:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services. Implied warranty of merchantability of fitness are limited to the term of the warranty contained herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
How can I be sure that I am not buying a counterfeit product?
Every DVF garment features cutting-edge technology to help us make sure the products are authentic. If you have any questions regarding the authenticity of a product, please contact our customer service department.
Are there any philanthropic initiatives with the clothing?
Yes, since 2007 Diane has donated $1 for every manufactured wrap dress to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital. As of January of 2011, over $300,000 has been raised.
